Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

Nothing was too much trouble - I wasn't too sure about how things work- Ben was always at the end of the phone, I asked for lots of different prices so I could make an informed decision - nothing was too much trouble. He even got on well with my dog:) The new doors have completely changed my house - It looks so different, Lots of comments from family and friends. Highly recommended.
