Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

Excellent Service. A free quote was provided which was the best quote I had received. He carried out the work within the next few days and completed the job in one day. I would definitely recommend him for all jobs. Pleased to have gone with him for the kitchen repairs.

The chap who did my kitchen and hallway (Sam) was very polite, very professional and did a really good job, I am more than happy with the work he did and would contact the company again for any other work I needed. I am looking to decorate the living room soon and I will be contacting them again for a quote. The price I paid for the decorating of the kitchen and hallway was very reasonable and within the budget I had set for this.

The job was completed on Tuesday by a very friendly and helpful young man. He was local, came round to have a look the same day, then booked the job in the following week. He came over as being very knowledgable and quoted for the materials, labour and clearing away afterwards. I was at work when he finished the job, but when he came for payment, he told me to contact him should immediately if the any future issues at all. I was very pleased with the job and would recommend him to anyone with roof problems.

He wasn't here but left untrained 'girls' to do painting. Then had nerve to say I'd got paint on my own doors? Great.... I'm in a wheelchair and doors hadn't been hung when the job was done previously. Also had the nerve to bad mouth me on this site. Not at all professional and I'd niether use or recommend such an awful person. How he's on this site I don't know!

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.
