Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Arrived when said they would, worked hard on putting up a new flat roof. Replacing an old sloping perspex one, not rained yet but I'm assuming all will be well with no leaks, thought good value for money, would recommend and already have !

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
Tony gave a good break down on the quote for a number of jobs as we knew we would not be able to have all the work completed at once. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more.
