Duncan removed a load-bearing wall from my flat and fitted supporting beams. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Duncan is approachable, honest and trustworthy, he always seemed happy to give me his time to discuss the job and kept me well informed on progress. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! We asked him to build a shed which was not part of the original remit and he did without hesitation.. Nothing was too much bother for Brendan and the boys! Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.

I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference
is it not customary to remove any rubbish from the job? it certainly used to be. and it is NOT customary to leave the client's toilet with large lumps of plaster in it.
