Sorry I never know what to write in these things. I found Leroy to be friendly and honest with me regarding the work that needed doing (replacing tubing in loft). He listened to me and what I wanted and what my restrictions were and that was important to me as many who have gone before haven't. He completed the work within the given time and completely to my satisfaction. I am happy to recommend him to you and if something comes up I wouldn't hesitate myself.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Very courteous and professional. Turned up on time to both quote and on day of works. Carried out all works agreed and even planed a door that has never fitted.....thanks! Cleaned up ALL mess after work and work was done to a high standard. Would defiantly recommend and would like to hire their services again someday.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.

Daniel and his Team are all very friendly. We hired them to undertake repair and replacement works to the fire doors at two of our homes and they completed everything to a high and compliant standard. We have since employed Belfords Construction for further project works which are going well. Happy to work with again.

In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.
