Hi, I'm Luke Milnes, owner of LM Construction. A liverpool based construction company mainly covering the North West. As a joiner by trade, but serving my time at a small building firm, I have the experience to offer a wide variety of joinery and building services. I'm always on site working myself along with my colleagues as I like to ensure all work Is up to the highest standard. I've been self employed in the construction industry for over 10 years working in a good cross section of areas from domestic to commercial to shop fitting. I have also carried out several full house HMO conversions recently. All works/plans are signed off and conform to current regulations where necessary. I'm looking to expand the business now so have decided to offer my services on here. Full quotes and details of the job/finish will always be discussed prior to starting any works. Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.

What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Communication was positive throughout the job and the sharing of design ideas and their experience was essential to achieve the results we wanted. Unreliable and a time waster. Did not meet his commitment. Gave him the job but in the end he just was not interested. Should have said that in the beginning. Talks a good talk but in the end a £1600 job was below him.

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.
