Michael was a delight. He turned up when he said he would and kept us informed on progress. His workmanship is very good and he cleaned up after himself. He took on additional work to the original job and was able to source colleagues for this. Most definitely use him again.

Effective & nicely done hedge tidy-up, really made the garden look noticeably better, and all the waste was indeed tidied away and removed from site as promised. I'll be using Sam again for hedges & would trust him with our trees etc too.

We accepted a quote, seemed really friendly to deal with, but then failed to respond to further communication. The job was never started. First experience of Rated People so was sceptical about using again.

From the onset of the job, my wife and i have been very satisfied with the work undertaken by B & T Landscapes. It was a pleasure to have Brian on site. Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

Jamie was on time to give me a quote. When I asked him about the negative reviews he had received he explained that on one of the jobs the customer was a substance user and so would not deal with them and rated jobs would not remove the comments!! Jamie is a very likable guy and goes the extra mile. His workmanship is also excellent. I will be using him again.

I did not hire this company due to the fact I requested a payment but only received in its place a weekly payment which was not based on work completed. When ai informed them they wanted to return and chat about it. I was not prepared to do this as it did not give me any good vibes as all builders will give a quote which is then backed by a payment plan based on work completed

The team was fantastic. Ended up digging up the old patio, putting down a new base, and relaying the stone slabs. Also completed a large deck, sleeper planters and new path. Very pleased with the finished job and great price. Would highly recommend.
