James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. Tom knew what the issue was but went to the effort of removing a couple of tiles to confirm, which provided peace-of-mind. Competitive quote provided & accepted. Work carried out the following week & Tom also dealt with an unexpected rodent issue! Happy with the work carried out & Tom has kindly offered to return soon to check on the rodent issue. Only negative was it took 2wks to receive invoice/guarantee, during which time I was worringly unable to reach Tom - he advised this was due to a family emergency

We had a very small patio we wanted to lay and thought no-one would be interested in doing such a small job but ADI SNAPE said he was happy to come and take a look. He agreed to do the work (which actually only needed two paving slabs). We were told exactly would be required before we agreed to the work and he arrived exactly when he said he would. we are really pleased with the work and the service we received and would definitely use his company again.

I made the school boy error of paying Paul in full before I had the chance to see the job he did. Long story short he delivered a poor job and didn’t do a part of what he had quoted and got paid for. I asked for him to return to rectify the problems and pay back some of the money and he has since blocked me. I’m right now pursuing a claim against him in SCC.
