Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

Bell construction is professional and did a great job, there were a few issues with people who worked for them eg joiner & plasterer , but Bell construction rectified the problem quickly.

Arrived on time. Did work professionally and efficiently. Left clean. Good customer service, kept me informed and quick turnaround on quote. Be prepared to be asked to pay for materials up front. This took me by surprise as not common with tradesmen I have worked with in past

I have used many builders over the years and am pleased to recommend theses guys. The standard of workmanship was 1st class you received a full days work they left everyday making sure the site was tidy and were pleased to offer advise in order to obtain the best results. Pricing was on the mark and considering how hard they worked gave very good value for money. Bryan of Valley Maintenance was very good. He contacted me when he couldn't make the time to do a quote and rearranged. He turned up and was very knowledgable, and when the quote came in was happy to discuss changing aspects of the job. He turned up to do the work on the day and we are very pleased with the resulting concrete plinth he provided us with. I would use Bryan again for other work.

Steve completed approx 50m2 of granit paving, price was agreed work complete to a high standard and the agreed price was the final bill. Very happy with the work and will be using sc landscapes in the future for further works
