Imaad contacted me promptly and provided a fair price for the work. He arranged a time and turned up when he said he would, phoning me first to let me know. He did the work promptly and offered advice on a few other things I was having done as well. I would definitely recommend Thermofix and would use them again. Thank you!!

Chris did a good job at first, he was professional and left the job clean and tidy. However, once the tap came loose a few months later, he ignored my messages. It appears there is no guarantee with his work.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
