Shame the guys that fitted the boiler to the property and promised the yearly service and warranty on the £1500 job couldn’t even reply to emails and texts. Initially very responsive and professional at temporary fix for initial problem. Agreed to return to provide proper longer-term solution but never turned up - twice - on agreed dates. No communication or explanation despite being chased via e-mail, text and phone calls.

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
