They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

They deserve good marks all round. The quote was extremely reasonable and competitive. Once we agreed the job, they turned up on the day, on time! The project was finished on budget in the projected time frame, and all the while they were extremely pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Daniel responded very quickly to my emergancy call and came round promptly. He was able to replace the pipe very quickly. I left it a month before providing my feedback (just in case) and we haven't had any issues with the pipe that was replaced. Such a relief! I would recommend and would certianly use again.

I was searching for emergency replacement of my porch after the roof failed. James provided a very reasonable quote and worked with me on requirements within my budget. Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Update. Less than a year later hot water cylinder stopped working. Nick doesn't return call nor text nor emails. On top of that he never sent any supporting documents as it was promised, so I now I have difficulties claiming a warranty. Shady. Stay away.

I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Working with him for the first time, I appreciated the professionalism and good rapport established. A great experience overall!

Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Great job, thank you Dave!
