Friendly and professional service. Not having recommendations of tradesmen is hard. 'Rated People' allowed me to find David from DBF Handyman and Building Services. David has been nothing but superb. Friendly and helpful. Taking his time to allow us to explain what we wanted and then for him to explain how he would do it. All the work carried out by him is of the highest standard. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

He has done a skillful job renovating our utility room which needed a new floor, steps removed, a door and lintel raised plus an archway remodelled and plastered.
