Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek’s presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.

Phil did a fantastic job on not only helping to cut back the overgrown trees & bushes and removal of items (wood store, composter, etc), but also built a fabulous herringbone brick pathway so I can more easily wheel my rubbish bins out to the street. Not only were both jobs done extremely professionally, but at a reasonable price. And Phil is a super nice guy. Will definitely be giving him more work!

What a great job, Darren, Lee and George were given the daunting task of painting hall and landing and 15 doors in super bright white. For 3 days they toiled with enthusiasm, courtesy and humour and what a fantastic result. The whole house is so much brighter and the finish is superb. I was really pleased with the job done by Design Dec, Wayne was tidy, efficient, friendly and did the work in the short time frame we had. Geoff was very punctual and professional when completing our job. He made improved amendments to the set up of our toilets for any future enhancements we want to make to the bathrooms at a later stage. We did need to call Geoff back to refit the mechanism in the cistern, but he came back the next evening with no fuss and no extra charge. Overall we are very pleased with the two toilets Geoff fitted and they have made a big difference to the look/feel of our bathroom/cloakroom.
