The job ended up being slightly bigger than advertised as there were one of two changes to the brief. Ended up taking some off the top and building up pillars before rendering took place. Gareth communicated well with us and did a very nice job of it and also a small amount of repointing elsewhere to, all within our budget.

The work was done very effectively, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. He supplied the parts and showed me how to adjust them should I need to do so in the future. The estimate was for 2 days' work, but it took only one, so it turned out a bit more expensive.

A&M delivered an excellent result recently, painting all the walls, ceilings and skirting boards (6 rooms including the hall & stairs area) to a very high standard. No mess to clean up and the work was done efficiently and relatively quickly. The cost of the work was as expected and in light of the quality of the paintwork, very good value for money. I would recommend A&M to family, friends and anyone else that requires a professional and affordable refresh for their home.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
