I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Following my posting of the job, Johnny was quickly in touch and we arranged a day and time for him to visit the property that was convenient to me. The job itself was done with minimum fuss, the end result is good and, all in all, this job was very good value for money.
The company was busted and the new owners didn’t take responsibility for the warranty on the previous jobs!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Great work on our bathroom from this company. Clear and honest communication prior to the work. Started and finished on time despite a few unexpected bumps in the road. Top drawer standard of work. Would highly recommend and will for sure use again
Hot water heating and plumbing have been installing bathrooms and all other aspects of plumbing and tiling for 25 years
Cancelled on the day of the job, re arranged for the following week. Never showed up on the rearranged day, ignored texts and phone calls. Wasted two weeks, we won’t be able to get the job done now as we’ve run out of time.

I really wouldn’t recommend these guys. The work they did was shoddy with lots of cut corners. Couldn’t even cut the flooring pieces in a straight line. So disappointed with the finish they did.

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
