Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Jimmy and his assistant were asked to fix and plaster a kitchen ceiling, grout some shower tiles and render a porch. They were keen, professional and polite throughout. They arrived half an hour before the job, got on with the work with the minimum of fuss and disruption and cleaned up the mess before leaving. What was also helpful was that they explained what they were doing as they were going along. I would happily use [COMPANY_NAME] again.

He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

matt did kitchen worktops for me. his work is to the highest standard, and i shall not hesitate in calling him again. as a local builder myself i shall recommend him to others. the job i asked him to do for me, was not straight forward, quite a few complications, but he overcame them all to do an excellent job.

Gary made an excellent job of laying laminate flooring and replacing all the skirting boards in two rooms. Very pleasant to deal with and tidied up after himself too! Very reasonable price and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

Arthur was the epitome of a professional. I’m a solo female buyer, a first time buyer and first time renovator so I was nervous that I would get taken advantage of. I have never felt safer with a professional than I did with Arthur. He was friendly, warm, patient and able to talk me off a cliff when I was starting to doubt my design choices. Not to mention the work was done incredibly quickly and to an incredibly high standard. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking to have beautiful work done!

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Would recommend their services and will definitely use again. Many thanks

We got 6 walls newly plastered. 2 of the walls had unevenness. Very poor workmanship with evidence to back up claims. Adam has paid some money back to us to fix the issue but it should of been done properly in the first place.
