I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

Hello, I always pay a lot of attention to the work I do with professional precision and in pleasant conditions.
We booked Piotr for what he thought would be 4 day's worth of work, to strip back 2 old cupboards of mouldy and damp plaster, treat the walls, then plaster again to a perfect finish. He arrived promptly every day, providing regular updates. Piotr finished the original job to a great standard a day early, and was therefore able to fit in an extra plastering job we had been putting off, to repair some cracks in the artex of the bedroom ceiling, then resurface it all to a smooth finish. Would highly recommend.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

I cannot rate this tradesman low enough – I’ve had to hire qualified tradesmen to complete the job Mr Montgomery started because he refused to see me and called me a c*nt. The tradesman he recommended was so poor that the electrician I had to hire to fix his mess after nothing in my flat would work informed me the work he did was illegal and questioned whether he was actually trained. I now cannot get reimbursement that he agreed upon back. This job cost me an un-budgeted £1000 in extra tradesmen.
Responded very quickly to post. Excellent dialogue and agreed price and date for uplift. Turned up on time, started the job and then left everything outside blocking the driveway and drove off. No explanation given. Called Michael and texted him and no answer back.
Was originally happy with cuts, but has failed to seal the worktops properly, resulting in bubbling from water ingress. Failed to return calls and missed appointment with no explanation.
