I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Gavin came and looked at the job and completed it within the time scale that I had requested. He was polite and professional. I did have to call him to come back but he did that more promptly than I had expected and I was very pleased with his service.
Jamie did an excellent job fitting a new kitchen for us, including wall tiling and some plastering. He was punctual and finished the job sooner than expected. There were some unexpected plumbing costs, but as Jamie had included all plumbing in his quote he didn't charge any extra for it. We shall certainly use Jamie again in the future if we have any need.

We are craftsmen who specialise in making beautiful things; furniture, kitchens, outbuildings and houses.
Robin and his team were very professional,fast and very reasonable..We have ended up using them to re-do our whole bathroom including making our shower and taps they also fitted all our radiators and plastered (included polished plaster) throughout the house. The work was exceptional and creative. Highly recommended and we will only use him and his friendly team from now on.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

Bellhurst Construction gave me a very detailed quote and were able to start the job promptly. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. Masterteck Repair is a hard surface repair and French Polishing specialist.
Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Good quote and communication about date for work. Start time confirmed for Monday 13th February at 9. I ordered all the things needed ready for the work. But, then he did not arrive and I phoned at three times with no answer and no response on Whatsapp since. No explanation why he did not turn up. This subsequently means my daughter is sleeping in front room until I can find someone else.
Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Great job, thank you Dave!
