I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

From start to finish Wayne produced 4 outstanding pieces of oak furniture for me, i couldn't be happier with the quality, advice, drawings in less than 7 days, Wayne was a pleasure to work with and his furniture will give me and future generations extraordinary pleasure. James did a bathroom refit for us, converting two rooms into one, and installing a new bathroom. Despite being a challenging job, James did excellent work through to completion. He even cleaned up the site after himself. He’s very skilled, honest and hard working. We highly recommend James.

Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

The balcony repair lasted just under 3 months before it started cracking & crumbling again. Adam said he would come back & fix it. He stated that the building was moving (!) & could only be patched. A surveyor said there were no signs of subsidence. The paint repair job lasted one month...now cracked & crumbling again with insurers saying cheap materials were used...

According to these trades people their installation is guaranteed for two years. Since the installation of our decking things have gone wrong and I have tried on several occasions to get them back to put things right. I arranged for a rep that we purchased the composite decking from to come to the house ( he travelled from the north of England ) to explain to them where they had gone wrong. They could not even be bothered to turn up for the appointment. Texts/phone calls just being ignored. Stay clear !!

very reliable and trusworthy. Not the cheapest of quotes but I wanted the work done ASAP. Quality of work was great but I put good because he didn't clean all the mess :-). I would have him back though!
