I recently had some window renovation done by Robert. And have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation. Robert turned up on time, very polite and easy to deal with and hugely knowledgeable . He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. There are other jobs on my property and Robert is my 'go to...' Would never use this firm again or recommend them.After 5 weeks my job is still not completed. I cannot now get them to respond to my messages. Foolishly I completed payment before the job was completed. They promised great things - to remove all rubbish, not done; seven year guarantee - well I do not suppose that is worth the paper it is written on!

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.

Never turned up first time. Then arranged for a time after work .came home to find card through door from morning. Not time arranged waste off time so don't waste time booking appointment

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

After receiving insurance quotes and being obliged to select the lowest price, we were leg down. Jason was a close second so we got permission to award the work to HSW. The job began two weeks earlier than expected and is now complete after 2 days. Very tidy and pleasant workers and we are pleased with the standard of workmanship.
