John delivered an absolutely beautiful brick paver patio for me- the execution was faultless, & he worked really hard to give me exactly what I wanted, with meticulous attention to detail. He tidied up each day, protected my lawn and plants from damage and left the place spotless. A thoroughly nice person too. The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.
