I sadly have to give a poor review for this company. They came to check the job and promised to quote within 48 hours but the quote never came. I messaged multiple times chasing but after a couple of replies the communication stopped. Really disappointing as the guy that came round was very professional and polite.

Hired Boiler Beat Ltd via MyBuilder on a £300 quote to replace a full zone valve. On arrival, only the actuator head was changed (20 mins work) yet I was charged 2/3 of the cost. The actuator was left unscrewed with missing parts, wiring insulation was cut, and the valve operation remains unresolved. My messages since have been ignored. I will now need another engineer to complete the work and will be reporting the matter to Gas Safe.
