Duncan was absolutely fantastic. He came very quickly to look over the room and give us a quote. He was very open about pricing and didn't try and upsell us with materials, he was happy for us to provide as much or as little as we wanted. He was professional, polite, funny, cleaned up after himself and made us smile singing to himself.
