Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
