I needed an experienced brickie to urgently to sort out an extension before crane/steels turned up in few days. Shaun gave a fair quote, turned up on time exactly as promised. Worked very hard even in the boiling heat and did a great job. 100% recommended!!

I have worked in both the construction industry and in the private sector for over 20 years having developed a wide range of skills and expertise. I particularly specialise in the causes of damp, damp- proofing solutions, plaster boarding/plastering. Bricklaying (internal and external), blockwork and stud walling. I have also successfully undertaken work in many areas of home and garden improvement/repair/maintenance, a selection including - the installation of skirting boards, internal door adjustments and re-hanging doors, laying laminate and engineered wood flooring and the assembly of flat-pack furniture. Removal and replacement of guttering, drainpipes, fascia and soffits. Decking, garden walling, handrails, patios and steps to accommodate sloping gardens. We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
