I needed the pointing removed and new pointing added to a very old internal brick wall in my flat. The team arrived early, and were extremely professional. Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We hired Tim to replace our guttering on the front of our house - he told us that the fascia’s needed doing too so we trusted him and paid £1000 for the job. Within a few weeks it was clear that something wasn’t right as rain was pouring from the guttering. We had him back out to fix it but it still wasn’t resolved. We arranged 2 more times for him to visit and he didn’t turn up or communicate re. attending. We paid a huge amount and now probably need to hire someone else to come and correct the issue

James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I have money. I asked if you had a PayPal account so I could send you the deposit and you told me to “forget it” and to “find someone else”. You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.

AVOID ! At all cost, honestly getting flooring done is so expensive and this company came ruined my new purchase herringbone flooring by laying it completely wrong! They don’t know what they are doing and have no skill. They are messy dust everywhere my walls sofa cushions, curtains everything is a mess. I stopped them and told them not to come back after paying an initial £600 wish I never paid anything now going to open a dispute. Awful is me being nice avoid these people!
