Spencer provided a detailed quotation. His references showed us their projects and spoke very positively about Spencer. The team worked very hard, the workmanship was excellent and they were very tidy. During the project we made some adjustments to the requirements, partly our choice and partly recommendations from Spencer. All costs were updated and transparent. The project was completed per the agreed schedule and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Spencer and his team.

I'd highly recommend John. He managed our expectations well from the start - turned up on time to quote, delivered a quote the next day as promised, provided references when we asked for them (who backed up that he's a good builder), found a space in his schedule quickly to fit our job in, did it quickly, efficiently and leaving no mess afterwards. And charged us a reasonable amount for the work. Couldn't speak more highly of him, and will definitely ask him to quote on our extension when we progress with the planning.

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Neil has done a really outstanding job for me and am so please have already ask for price for the next job! Would recommend Neil to anyone looking for a frienly, hardworking tradesman. Ben and Jonnie are great lads, who conduct themselves professionally, and are very knowledgeable about their trade. Their estimate for materials was spot on, their communication leading up to the job was helpful, and most importantly the finish on the bricklaying is superb. They work quickly but precisely, it was a pleasure to work with such enthusiastic professionals. I would like these guys to work for me again on my next project.
