Had Grant quote for laying 3 rooms with carpet and underlay and 2 rooms with vinyl. Grant was extremely helpful and knowledge and a very competitive price. I had booked a date but needed it brought forward at rather short notice but that was no problem for Grant. He organised everything and arrived on time, was professional and had the flooring laid in a great time, his assistant was polite and professional too. Would highly recommend his company and have passed his details onto family and friends already.

Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. I didn't employ them for the chimney repair but did get new soffits, gutters and facia from them. They started the job immediately and worked on through the rain for the next few days. We were pleased with the end result.
