Artificial grass- I had a hard time with him to get the job done. A lot of defects and issues of work done and initially was arguing a lot for them and then looked into 3 weeks later. He was not at the site and his workmen were trying to fool me out constantly even at major mistakes they were doing. I had to get into the work to get it done to an acceptable level even though it was not done as agreed. I’m asking now for 2 weeks for the invoice for the payment still not had as promised by post/email.

Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.

Excellent communication and extremely helpful with helping us buy the right products. We left the room fully carpeted with furnishings as Leo assured us he was able to complete the job on this basis. The job is perfect, left him and when l returned the old carpet had gone and the new laminate had been fitted. He also left the job clean and tidy. We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

Had work done from this trade person. tiles had movement after 6 months start to crack had a professional to come rectify work. Tiles was installed not correctly. Adhesive blobbled on to tiles not even spread evenly!
Radu and Constantin managed to wreck a 1930s bay window using an angle grinder on the brick work. Never came back to fix it.
I've been installing all kinds of floor coverings for 15 years. I can install : All carpets, gripper and underlay. Vinyl. Domestic and commercial. Latexing and floor leveling Lvt, karndean and amtico. I go the extra miles for my customers. I always hoover all new carpets and clear all rubbish. I do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy.
Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!
