George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

My quote was prompt and quick, based on photos as I wasn't local for them to pop out and look at the rooms. I was very impressed with Ben & Pete from PJPS Construction, they were friendly, professional and stayed late to get the job finished ahead of the estimated timescale. Plaster work is great in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom. I would definitely recommend them.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
