Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. Garry was the first of three to quote for my work and basically set the standard for the other two tradesmen. He was prompt, well mannered, easy to talk to and gave good advice. The work, which lasted two weeks, was finished professionally and on time and within budget - even though I made a change to one of my jobs part way through the first week. I would certainly recommend Garry and his company to anyone who asked.

Dominic has done a beautiful job on our bathroom, completely gutted the old one and installed everything new, paying attention to all the finer details. He advised us every step of the way to make sure we got the best result, answering the many questions we had. Very easy to work with, we'd recommend Dominic in a heartbeat.
Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.
