Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.

Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. We are extremely pleased with what was achieved and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family, friends or in fact everyone.

This review is way overdue. Kev, Mick and Dave did a fantastic job of our kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Has really transformed our home. We can not recommend them enough, Kev pointed us in the right direction the whole way through even making suggestions which saved us thousands. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.

I had an internal walk knocked through. Chris and the guys organised everything to perfection, were punctual, tried to make as little mess as possible, and kept me updated throughout. With the recent weather come our issues with both our flat kitchen roof and our main roof ridge tiles along with a few other missing tiles dotted around. Paul came out, give me a price and offered honest advice on what is actually needed as appose to trying to get the most out of a job (another 3 quotes obtained and they tried it on basically). Completed in a day, kept us up to date throughout and was there if we needed anything immediate. Number saved, top quality work, top Company.
