Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. Freddie & Freddie spent two days in the cold weather taming my very overgrown garden. They expertly and safely cut down and removed a 10yr old field maple tree sited next to a 6ft wooden fence, having dug deep to remove the stump and major roots. They also removed a large bush and overgrown briar rose and weeded between shrubs, pruning as requested, and rotovated all the overgrown borders . All the garden waste was taken away. I am delighted with the result of their hard work. For me it was excellent value.

This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. I had a leaky gutter from poor workmanship by a previous company and I contacted Joe via Rated People. He was quick to respond with a quote and was able to fit the job in, in a reasonable time span. He worked on a really cold day replacing the defective gutter with a more suitable product. He also replace the felt on our garage roof and added decorative edgings to tidy up the look of the property. He was efficient and tidy removing all the rubbish. I would highly recommend him and use again.

If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Arrived when said they would, worked hard on putting up a new flat roof. Replacing an old sloping perspex one, not rained yet but I'm assuming all will be well with no leaks, thought good value for money, would recommend and already have !
