I found Steven very helpful. He patiently explained my options to me regarding preserving my current door and subsequently saved me a lot of money over the potential cost of buying and fitting a new one. The work was carried out to a high standard and my tenants are really happy with the finished job. I also appreciated Steven fitting me in during his busy schedule. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
