Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

STUART WAS ON TIME, AND COMPLETED THE JOB SATISFACTORILY (HE EVEN SHOWED INITIATIVE IN BRINGING ALONG A SAMPLE MIXER TAP JUST IN CASE ONE WAS NEEDED!). A NEW TAP WAS FITTED AND ALL IS NOW O.K.

I was very happy with Mark, he's done a great job with the flooring and tiling all for a reasonable cost. He was punctual every day and got the job finished in good time. I've asked him to come back to do a few more jobs in a few weeks time.

They did a great job, on the whole with a tight budget. They turned up on time and worked hard. The only thing I would say is that they overestimated the labour time, hence I wasn't sure how much I paid for the materials and how much I paid for labour. A minor quibble really, they did a very good job and I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic job, thank you Ryan and Joe. Excellent communication before during and after the job. Over the moon with our new toilet and radiator. Ryan couldn’t have been better to work with, accommodating, kind, great with our enthusiast escape artist of a dog, and very professional. Ben did a great job replacing worn pipework under our kitchen sink. He is a skilled, efficient worker who worked out how he could creatively improve our set up and achieved just that, providing us with much more space in that area. His prices are very fair and, on top of that, he is a very personable and polite young man. We would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
