Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Excellent job by Wayne. Friendly, helpful and good advice on first visit to quote, a good price. On the day Wayne resolved an unexpected issue quickly and well - 'all part of the service', much appreciated - everything completed faster than expected to an excellent standard. Wayne left the job clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. David was given a very tough spec from myself as the quality of finish was paramount and he has nailed it! He is very considerate, listens carefully and has been professional in every aspect. David has now restored my faith in using contractors again -he and his team are definitely right up there with the best. It has been a real pleasure to have got to know him and would recommend him in an instant.

Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. His price was great. I have already passed his number onto my friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Matty replastered a whole house for us and did an excellent job. Cracked on early every day and finished in the 2 weeks he stated. Nice guy and works very clean and tidy. Was competetive with other quotes we received. We are having some more work on our house soon and will be using MBR. Can't recommend him highly enough.
