We had Richard in to do the new kitchen floor tiling. We liked what he did so had him back to do the kitchen splashback and also a tiled area just inside the front door. Would recommend him to anyone. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

I really couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. I needed a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, d/s toilet and a laundry room tiling. Most floors and walls and all with either porcelain tiles or granite. This was a huge job as part of a major extension. Not only did Matt provide an excellent quality service and a great value, but flexibility and adaptability to work around other tradesman, responding quickly to changes in schedules and delays. Absolutely highly recommended and will use again for sure.

I would defiantly recommend Tom Spellman. they installed a gas cooker on the day they advised. Friendly engineers who even put the old cooker in the garden for me. I was let down twice until I used this site top company. Richard

A great job very well done, in the fitting of laminate flooring to our hallway and downstairs cloakroom, even removing, adjusting and refitting all of the sanitary ware. A slight underestimation in the time required to carry out the work and the materials required, resulting in a last minute change of work schedules to accommodate the work being finished the following day. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and quality of the job and will certainly look to use on another project when funds allow.

We are really pleased to have used Rated People.com where we found Andy of Plumb Yorks. He quoted us for a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. The work has been carried out to the highest standards by very likeable and highly competent tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble and we now have a wonderful new bathroom. Small but awkward lighting switch job. Rang and roughly priced on the phone within ! hour of job posting. Gave early time next day and arrived punctually at peak of 'school rush'. Craig and Dave very polite, friendly and efficient. Did job in time and price predicted and apologised for having to dash off to an 'emergency'
