Giannis did an absolutely fantastic job on my rental renovation. He did almost everything from fitting new vanity units, new flooring a a new coat of paint. The picture above is of a property well over four hundred years old, very recently we finished this project for our clients after nearly two years spent refurbishing the whole of there home and a further house in the grounds, along with constructing a new kitchen and dinning room. We undertook the damp proofing, re-plastering, carpentry, re-wiring, decoration and even put up the curtain poles and hung the curtains also, and re finished all of the furniture that you can see. Our tradesmen are time served most with 30 plus years in there own professions (having completed both apprenticeships and training by the CITB Construction Industry Training Board) at Chichester Technical Collage. We do however have specialists in a number of other areas as in Damp Proofing, Timber Treatments Dry and Wet Rot, Lateral Water Penetration and Condensation problems. We are at present training one of our team to undertake (EPC) Energy Performance (Surveys) Certificates in order to help our clients with there renewable energy projects. We have both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances for your peace of mind whether we are just advising you of what you can or cant do, and a problem occurred you are covered and if some thing went wrong that was our fault you are covered also.

Having left the HM Forces in 1985, I have 30 + years experience with advanced qualifications in Bricklaying, Carpentry, Joinery and Furniture making. I am also a member of the Institute of Carpenters. I am also trained to advanced spray painting by the Dulux Academy.

We have an experienced and disciplined team who have worked on hundreds of projects throughout London, from small jobs to larger more complex tasks such as bathroom renovations and kitchen installation, hardwood flooring, roofing ,complete renovations.
They gave me some really useful advice regarding me bing my washing machine which included the reality of lifting my floor and some kitchen cabinets. I will certainly re contact them again when I have the money together for a full kitchen makeover.. it seems silly to do what I wanted on its own.
