Jack is a very pleasant man and easy to get on with. He worked hard on one of the hottest days of the year to complete the job. It transpired that the job entailed more work than originally thought, but Jack kept to his original quote. Very pleased and may have more work for him later in the year.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

After initial contact which was very quick followed by a visit the following day, I was promised a quote that afternoon or the following morning. A couple of days later having heard nothing I contacted the company and was told that I should contact the person who visited quoting a mobile phone number. I took the view that they were not interested in the work. I have still some 3 weeks later heared nothing which in my view is appalling.

After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.
