Arsens did an extremely good job on both the hall way and especially the kitchen, as all the tiles and hard board had to be removed first before he could lay the floor. Which was laid to an extremely high standard. I will definitely use Arsens again.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Sadly I've had to change my rating as I'd no longer recommend. While this initial job was done well, I then contracted Joe to lay some laminate flooring in the same room. After buying (and charging me for) enough beading to cover all the edges of the room, he left without laying it all and took the rest with him so I couldn't even do it myself. Aside from that, there were other issues with the floor. Tried to get him to come back several times but doesn't show up when agreed and is ignoring my calls.

Really pleased we went with Jamie and his gang. The standard and quality of the work completed was impeccable. Very clean tidy workers, polite, friendly, punctual and put us at ease. I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing.
