I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150

Hass was an absolute delight to have in my home. I got him in to solve our kitchen sink disaster, and because he was so lovely, capable, and full of good ideas, I got him to come again on 2 separate days to fix underlying issues that had been plaguing our plumbing for years. He was always on time, had good communication, was kind and helpful (I was building a bunk bed and he helped me bring the box upstairs), and filled me with the confidence that he was completing the tasks to a very high standard.
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
