Hi been a landlord for over 28 year I had James who came to do a full bathroom refit his workmanship is short cut and easy in and out of jobs His work is the type of work that you start having problems with after 6 months or year later by then it to late because you have paid and can't leave feedback. My initial post on rated people was for a handyman to repair a wooden gate. Ben responded very quickly to the posting and on his review of the gate we agreed that repair was not feasible and the solution was to install a new gate. Ben worked hard to build and install a replica of the old gate and I am happy with the end result. I can recommend his craftsmanship in carpentry and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

All our kitchens are high standard and all our doors we use are FIRA gold approved, we mainly use painted doors but if you want a more of a budget door we can use the vinyl wrap doors. About myself: I have been in the Joinery and building industry for 20 years with a huge vast experience in all trades and I know what to expect from various tradesmen from a finishing point. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. My main trade is joinery but in the 20 years of being in the building game I have gained the experience in each aspect in the building game which has its advantages when project managing a job whilst being on site working. Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!
