Honestly, for the first time since I hired many persons even from rated. Benjamin turned out the best. He never give up and find some solution if any issues occur. We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. From start to finish J.A.M were professional and adaptable to our changing design ideas. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Artur was very helpful. He did the work and left everything tidy and clean. He even moved things that needed to be moved and extra bits that needed doing at no extra cost. Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

Really happy with every aspect of Tony's work. He completed 12 different jobs for me in the end and each was to a high standard, plus Tony went the extra mile finding solutions to problems and recommending alternatives when required. Tony's customer service is a cut above your average tradesman too (in my experience). He arrives on time, works long days and keeps you informed of costs and plans every step of the way. Thoroughly decent bloke.

Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Very pleased with their service! Jason was great, he was the only plasterer to recommend different things to save both time and money with an excellent result. All the plasterers were a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard! I can't recommend them highly enough. They managed to get to us within a couple of days as we felt our job was urgent and even came out to quote on a Sunday! Very happy customer! Thanks all!
