We hired Anthony and his team to replace a new membrane and new batons on our period property. The work which would have taken around 2-3 days has been performed in just one day and was done amazingly well. The team then cleaned up all the rubbish and left our garden mess free. Anthony was very clear from the beginning on what needed doing and gave us a very good price for the job. Highly recommended if you want work to be carried out quickly and done well!

Engagement with Incompetent Lairs would be my way of describing my experience. Hiring Kevin and his team has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had on Rated. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

Good quote and communication about date for work. Start time confirmed for Monday 13th February at 9. I ordered all the things needed ready for the work. But, then he did not arrive and I phoned at three times with no answer and no response on Whatsapp since. No explanation why he did not turn up. This subsequently means my daughter is sleeping in front room until I can find someone else.

A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.

Spoken with them on Friday with my extension roof licking problem. They replaced all extension roof and fitted new gutters in next two days. Great price, great quality, great speed.

Henri did a first class job. The door was especially tricky as it had to be made in its entirety - not a ready made or standard door, but from panels and blocks of wood - and to look in period. The shelves also had to fit somewhat un-square Victorian alcoves. The finished items are really very good and extremely well made. I would recommend Henri without reservation.

Worked very hard 1st day and offered him and mate more work however turned up one week later with mate at 9.45!! Other trades had been at the site from 7.30am it held up a number of jobs. Asked them to leave.... In fareness should have talked times with them however not sure who starts work at 9.45am?

Very poor service. Could not even fix a kitchen light. Was very keen to get paid quickly and despite multiple requests did not bother to come back to do a proper job. Cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs!
