Having tried to get someone to do this job for months I went into Rated People and Ronald Gaunt contacted me. He quoted that day and did the job the day after at a very reasonable price. Excellent and Honest Service. Only had a small problem of a couple of slipped tiles at the edge of my roof. Needed someone to come and do a quick repair. This what they did. No lie 10 mins problem solved reasonable priced. Will use RJR again in the future, hopefully not for awhile though.

We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
