Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!

Tony gave a good break down on the quote for a number of jobs as we knew we would not be able to have all the work completed at once. We agreed a date for the first part of the works, Tony arrived promptly everyday, the job was completed to a high standard, his knowledge helped us to make decisions. 100% happy with refurbit. cannot rate highly enough.punctual.reliable.professional.friendly and efficient.did a fantastic job in a clean and tidy way.did not try to baffle us with science and charged a very,very fair price for installing our central heating.I'm sure they would have treated us the same even if they were changing a tap washer many thanks again Chris & Matt..

Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

The service was excellent. The response to our request was prompt and the advice were were given about the required work was professional. Probuild handled all the planning aspects on our behalf and his workmen were polite, cheerful and above all really knew what they were doing. After they'd finished, they cleared away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. Above all, the cost was reasonable and the job well-worth what we paid for. Highly recommended.
