Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

HORRENDOUS experience. Sadly Phil is not a bathroom fitter and I now need to pay someone else to fix the problems he has left me with. I was bullied into paying in full, and left the bathroom with holes in the walls, uneven tiles, rotten bricks, leaking grout and an extractor that’s not pulling. I have asked Phil to return and fix the problems and get given excuse after excuse. I asked him to return some money to cover the cost of getting things fixed, not a penny returned. I am now left out of pocket.

Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. My job required a team. Dale was swift to assemble a really lovely team. They all arrived on time and got straight to work. I offered them refreshments as it was outdoor work but they were already prepared for everything and brought their own. I had the work completed quickly without any issues. no task or request was too much and all members of the team were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. I cannot recommend langston services enough. I will return when I have other jobs that need doing.
