I am very disappointed with James' work.He knew before he started what needed doing. He seemed to panic about everything. He estimated that the job would take two days (Monday & Tuesday) At 4pm on Tuesday he said that he was going and would be back on SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!! I told him, in no uncertain terms what I thought about that and he stayed until 8pm to finish the job. The job, to install new worktops is far from perfect. The sink is set in at a slight angle and the worktops are not straight. I realise that I should have complained and withheld payment but I was so upset by the end that I couldn't face it. I am elderly, disabled and live alone. Why do tradesmen think that it is OK to take us for a ride?

"Very Impressed". A top job by a top man, head down as soon as he got here and did not stop until the job was completed, and what a job!. The thing that stood out for me is the care he took with the cleanliness of the working areas. Overall though, an outstanding job, professional in every way. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down.
