Mel is one of the most technical tradesman I've encountered. He could decipher my plumbing system within minutes and tell me exactly what the root problem was. He is also a very sociable and generous person willing to share his knowledge. The only issue I had is his reliability with the scheduled visits. He postponed a job multiple times causing me anxiety and inconvenience. I appreciate when tradesmen mean what they say and can responsibly manage clients’ expectations.

Kris was swift coming around, giving us a competitive quote on the job along with giving us his ideas for the project. Once agreed, he was able to complete the job to high standards whilst arranging all the material needed. He's very friendly and has great attention to detail. Dan contacted me promptly after I put my required job details on rated people. (removal of old bathroom suite and old tiles then replaced them plus electric towel rail and shower). He quickly grasped what I wanted and did not put any pressure on to do any extras but offered advice where needed. He organised everything and all trades men who worked with him were polite and tidy.So very pleased with my lovely new bathroom. Happy to recommend him to people and will use him again.Thank you.
